Ivens Reis Reyner is a queer feminist activist working in the philanthropic field to advance the human rights of LGBTQI+, sex workers, migrant, HIV-positive, and feminist communities. Ivens is Nebula Fund’s Director of Programs, overseeing the development and implementation of the Fund’s programmatic and grantmaking strategy.

Previously, he has led and supported several advocacy and grantmaking initiatives, including crafting the grantmaking strategy of Aidsfonds, co-leading the development of the Love Alliance, and supporting the BEA Fund in leading their participatory grantmaking cycle. Ivens has managed the PITCH programme also at Aidfonds and worked previously at Mama Cash.
